Instantly bridge your workstation with Kubernetes clusters in the cloud. Test local changes against remote dependencies and share previews with your team.
This requires Docker Desktop 4.10 or higher.
Sign up for a Docker ID to gain access to all the free features Docker has to offer, including unlimited public repositories, increased container image requests, and much more.
Sign UpTelepresence provides a two-way proxy between your local machine and a remote Kubernetes cluster that enables you to interact with applications and services running in the cluster, fast.
So you can run integration tests locally instead of waiting on remote deployments! Traditionally, you would build a container within Docker with your code changes, push it, wait for it to upload, deploy the changes, verify them, view them, and repeat that process as you continually test your changes. Telepresence makes it a fast process by directing cluster traffic to your local container.
Connect your cluster to access remote services
Establish a connection with your remote Kubernetes cluster by selecting the kubeconfig and instantly access remote services from any Docker container on the host network.
Selectively route traffic by creating “intercepts” and manage them in Docker
Choose a target namespace and re-route, or “intercept”, a specific service by clicking the “Intercept” button. Run multiple intercepts, view the list of your intercepted services and their respective namespaces and ports, and manage and keep track of all your intercepts via the Docker UI.
Preview and share your changes before deploying
Share progress with teammates and stakeholders for quick feedback based on your local code changes: generate shareable and secure URLs to preview your application before you deploy!
