Full Description

docker-drupal-nginx

Nginx Docker container for Drupal. Extended from the official Nginx Docker image.

Usage

  • Mount or add/copy your own site(s) specific configuration to /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/ folder inside the container. See example.bench.net.conf for example of such configuration.
    • The folder sites-enabled should be connected as volume like this with Docker Compose:

      nginx:
        volumes:
          - provisioning/sites-enabled:/etc/nginx/sites-enabled

    • or you can extend this image by adding this to your Dockerfile:

      COPY provisioning/sites-enabled /etc/nginx/sites-enabled

  • This container is meant to be used together with a linked PHP-FPM and optionally other containers. See example of a working combo here.
  • See the original official Nginx image for info about how to extend this container.

Includes

  • Custom Nginx configuration for Drupal.

Rundown

  • Add new user called bro to run Nginx with.
