TensorFlow docker images for Arm Neoverse-N1

Images from CY 2021 are still available from this repository. These images are built with different backends:

Eigen;
oneDNN, with Compute Library for the Arm Architecture (ACL).

TensorFlow-Eigen (r21.12-tf-2.7.0-eigen) is the recommended image while TensorFlow-oneDNN-acl (r21.12-tf-2.7.0-onednn-acl) is experimental and any feedback is welcomed.

Tag	TensorFlow version	oneDNN version	Compute Library version	Description
r21.12-tf-2.7.0-eigen	2.7.0	N/A	N/A	(Recommended) TensorFlow 2.7 is compiled with the default Eigen backend.
r21.12-tf-2.7.0-onednn-acl	2.7.0	2.4	21.11	(Experimental) TensorFlow 2.7 is compiled with oneDNN optimized with ACL.
