Azure queue example on .net core (https://dotnet.github.io/). Works cross platform.
Get it with:
$ docker run -it cemheren/azurequeueexample
Go to the project folder:
$ cd queueexample/
Edit the file to add the azure storage account credentials:
$ nano Program.cs
Edit the "connectionString" variable to match your storage account and exit the editor.
Run the app (this will also compile the application):
$ dotnet run
The application creates the cloud queue (if it doesn't exist) and pushes a message to it. Afterwards it peeks the message and prints out contents of it to the console.
