"Core" contains an updated + upgraded Raspbian container that has essential dependencies for software ran on the Pi.
Used by other Clode downstream containers.
Built on a Raspberry Pi Model B
This example prints "hello world" to the stdout, you can replace that function with almost anything you need to run in the container
docker run -t -d -i clode/rpi-core /bin/bash -c 'echo hello world'
This container is meant to be an upstream container, it contains no volumes or application code.
FROM resin/rpi-raspbian RUN apt-get -y update RUN apt-get -y upgrade RUN apt-get update && apt-get install git python build-essential wget curl -y
My thoughts were making the core container just run an update instead of adding the upgrade, since some applications ran inside the Pi could need older dependencies. I noticed this when working on the rpi-hamachi container. (still in progress)
