This is an i2b2-Wizard-based i2b2 1.7.07 docker image that uses an Oracle DB in another container. Once the containers have been started, use the i2b2 Wizard to install i2b2.
Pull and run the Oracle-XE container:
docker pull wnameless/oracle-xe-11g
docker run -d --name oracle -p 49160:22 -p 49161:1521 wnameless/oracle-xe-11g
Pull and run the i2b2 container:
docker pull cyberseb/i2b2:1.7.07
docker run --name i2b2-1.7.07 -it -p 80:80 --link oracle:oracle cyberseb/i2b2:1.7.07 /bin/bash
In the running i2b2 container, start the i2b2-Wizard in automatic mode:
./wizard.sh --docker oracle
This will launch the i2b2 Wizard in automatic mode, where it will automatically install i2b2. You can also run this tool in manual mode. For details, see: http://community.i2b2.org/wiki/display/IDRT/260.+i2b2+Wizard+quick+start (Start with section "Launching i2b2 Wizard")
I am having a problem with the wizard i2b2... lots of errors due to "unable to connect database" how can we test the link between the two containers ?
