Vidada is a cloud first media manager, supporting a wide array of storage backends - from local storage up to S3 / minio blobstores.
The media blobs are indexed by a smart hash and metadata is linked only to the hash. This leaves the underling data with maximum flexibility.
Organisation is exclusively based on a powerful tag system, which supports even complex queries.
Vidada acts as a media server and streams your media over the network (HTTP/S). The Vidada Server provides a REST API which is used by the web-app and can be used by 3th parties.
