This would request two certificates for the
one.example.org and the
two.example.org domains. The contact e-mail address is specified with the
/save/certs/here path has to be replaced with the path to which the requested certificates should be saved. The Let's Encrypt certbot will create a subdirectory for each domain and place the certificate files within it.
