The go toolchain for static world.
This includes cgo (itself statically linked) but it's not likely that you can use it because there is no gcc that it can call. Worse, even if you had a gcc added to the container, it might not work because of the differences in the libc variants (musl v. eglibc).
I'm not sure how to force go to always generate static binaries. I think that the code generated by this go command will be static.
