Short Description
Dynomite and Redis in an Ubuntu Image
Full Description

What is Dynomite?

Dynomite is a generic dynamo implementation that can be used with many different key-value pair storage engines. Currently these include Redis and Memcached. Dynomite supports multi-datacenter replication and is designed for high availability.

How to use?

$ sudo docker run -t -i dynomitedocker

How to contact my app?

This is an automated build of a docker image that exposes ports 8102, 8102 and 22122.

  • Port 8102: This is where the client Redis app needs to point on the image in order to leverage to the Dynomite layer.
  • Port 22122: This is the statistics and admin port. For example SET and GET consistency can be configured through this port.
  • Port 8101: This port is exposed for the Dynomite peers to contact this image. This port is not consumed by the application.
