CellCognition is an image analysis platform designed primarily for the analysis of cellular phenotypes from images acquired by high-throughput time-lapse fluorescence microscopy.

The graphical user interface is made available from the container via X11 socket sharing. For this to work, root must be given access to the user's X server e.g. with xhost +local:root.
The Docker image can then be used with the following command:
docker run --rm -t -i -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix:ro cellcognition:1.5.0
The battery package isn't included in the docker image so on launch, cellcognition will complain about having no settings file. This can be safely dismissed.
