nginx-amplify


Unofficial nginx-amplify docker image based on latest stable release of Nginx image.

Usage

To build nginx-amplify image:

$ docker build -t nginx-amplify .

The image is build from nginx:stable image on Docker Hub.

Create a container:

$ docker run \
      -e AMPLIFY_API_KEY=17fa5d...5c36 \
      -e AMPLIFY_HOSTNAME=test-instance-1.localdomain \
      ...
      nginx-amplify:latest

Environment variable AMPLIFY_API_KEY is required, and AMPLIFY_HOSTNAME is optional
(see documentation).

Dashboard should be available in a minute.

Note on nginx-proxy

nginx-proxy is an automated Nginx proxy service for docker containers.
To setup nginx-amplify with nginx-proxy, follow instructions about Separate Containers configuration
and use an nginx-amplify image in place of nginx image.

To collect additional metrics from nginx, use customized nginx.tmpl.
