lambci/lambda-base repository overview

These images are generated using manual imports of tarballs generated from AWS Lambda.

See https://github.com/lambci/docker-lambda/tree/master/base⁠ for the list of files involved.

The dump-*.{js|py} files are run on Lambda itself to create the tarballs and upload them to S3.

Then create-base.sh is run to import the tarball into a completely new Docker image.

The resulting image is then pushed to this Docker repo.
