Docker image for XNAT
XNAT is an open-source imaging informatics software platform dedicated to helping you perform imaging-based research. XNAT’s core functions manage importing, archiving, processing and securely distributing imaging and related study data. But its extended uses continue to evolve.
Supported Docker versions
This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.10.3.
How to use this image
With docker-compose, docker-compose version 1.6 or better required:
Use this docker-compose.yml file to start XNAT and its Postgres database
The xnat-docker project contains scripts to start (run.sh) and stop (stop.sh) XNAT using Docker and docker-compose.
