Use cases

When developing WEB application with Play Framework2, you can build and start Play Server.

Usage

step1

docker pull mzkrelx/playframework2-dev:2.2.3
  • It takes a few minutes.

step2

docker run -i -t -v /path/to/host/project:/opt/workspace -p 9000:9000 mzkrelx/playframework2-dev:2.2.3
  • "/path/to/host/workspace/project_dir" is Play Framework2 project directory. For example your Eclipse project directory in the workspace.
  • "/opt/workspace" is container's Volume and current directory after logged in.
  • "-p 9000:9000" is open port -- {host port}:{container port}.

step3

In the container,

play run
