Mysql cluster using Percona

Docker image as in

1.Download the docker container

2.Edit my.cnf file as in the blog

3.On docker1 create pxcuser:pxcpass

4.grant permissions

CREATE USER 'pxcuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'pxcpass';

GRANT RELOAD, LOCK TABLES, REPLICATION CLIENT ON *.* TO 'pxcuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'pxcpass';

5.start docker 1 with /etc/init.d/mysql bootstrap-pxc

6.Start docker 2 with /etc/init.d mysql start

7.Start docker 3 with /etc/init.d mysql start

Note1: you may require a flag federated=1 in my.cnf in [MYSQLD] section if you run into mysql errors

Note2: If the docker is run on different VMs then in the docker run command port should be binded

$docker run --name your_docker_name -p 3306:3306 -p 4444:4444 -p 4567:4567 -p 4568:4568 -p 9200:9200 -t -i -d 10.0.0.1:9000/mysql_cluster:latest /bin/bash
