Squid

Squid is a second-level proxy that allows you to bypass the authentication step required by a main enterprise proxy.

Usage in foreground:

docker run -e proxy_host=main-proxy-host -e proxy_port=8080 -e proxy_user=yourusername -e proxy_pass=yourpass -e listen=80 -i -t -p 80:80 nerdammer/squid

Usage in background:

docker run -e proxy_host=main-proxy-host -e proxy_port=8080 -e proxy_user=yourusername -e proxy_pass=yourpass -e listen=80 -d -p 80:80 nerdammer/squid

You can use an addiitonal -e extra=... command that will be added directly to the squid configuration file.
