This is Dockerized version of wolfgangw's DCP inspect tool dcp_inspect.
Run the command to verify a DCP
$ docker run --rm -it -v <DCPS_DIR>:/dcps qubecinema/dcp_inspect /dcps/<DCP_DIR_NAME>
Here is an AppleScript to make is run on mac with DCP Folder prompt :
tell application "Finder"
set DCPDir to (choose folder with prompt "Select DCP")
set DCPDirText to (POSIX path of DCPDir) as text
set DCPFolder to do shell script "dirname " & (quoted form of DCPDirText)
set DCPName to name of DCPDir
tell application "Terminal"
do script "docker run --rm -it -v " & (quoted form of POSIX path of DCPFolder) & ":/dcps qubecinema/dcp_inspect /dcps/" & (DCPName) & " --log " & (quoted form of POSIX path of DCPFolder) & "/" & (DCPName) & ".txt"
--log option is not working though...
