This image is built off of rancher/server
We push updated builds to the registry weekly. Once it goes through additional QA we move the tag to "Latest" and create a version without the -rcX in the tag. It is NOT advised to use the Beta tag for anything other then nostalgic reasons. It marks the official Beta kick off version and is no longer updated, all of the new stuff is in latest or if your feeling daring, the RC candidates.
The RC releases are bleeding edge, and may have bugs that prevent upgrading to released versions.
Can you optimize the image to make the volume smaller?
i run rancher/server with command:
sudo docker run -d -v /root/mysql_data/:/var/lib/mysql --restart=unless-stopped -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 rancher/server
within dockre container:
ros: command not found
also can't find file /var/lib/rancher/conf/cloud-config.yml
how to configure rancher?
Is there an alpine version?
Is this image official?
Umh..I'm wondering why it hasn't official.
How do I save those of configurations (usr&pwd) which stored in the Rancher server? Is there any way to mounts the folder into Rancher server container? If yes, pls give me the mounting path.
Will there be an official update feature in WEB UI?
This is very good!
However, only a thing I am wondering is, I cannot brows docker host that hosts rancher/server container.
everything else is fine.
