LunaAPI

This is a Python-based interface to the Luna C/C++ toolset for the analysis of sleep signal data (http://zzz.bwh.harvard.edu/luna/⁠).

This image is based on the JupyterLab Docker stack. To run

  docker run --rm -p 8888:8888 -v ${PWD}:/lunapi/ remnrem/lunapi
