Image based on Jason Wilders nginx-proxy (https://github.com/jwilder/nginx-proxy).
The added value of this image is that it will list with links of all containers running.
This makes it specialy useful for automated (feature)builds which are hosted in Docker-containers. All containers are automatically given a subdomain (reflecting the featurebranch) under which they're accessible. For such environment it's handy to have an index by going straight to the base-domain.
So, if you have two containers running, it'll create the following endpoints:
http://container1.mydomain.com --> proxy to container1
http://container2.mydomain.com --> proxy to container2
http://mydomain.com --> index (with links) for all running containers (which are proxied)
