I've created a new image for anyone who need the latest readthedocs.

@esantoro sorry about that, I didn't touch it from a long time, will check it as soon as I get time for this.

For now, if you have any issue with this image, then you can either look into another image, or fork/fix the repo at

This image is a pain to work with, even for testing purposes.

The author should either fix it by providing a pre-approved admin account or delete it from the docker hub.

$ sudo docker exec -it ReadTheDocs bash
root@497d29fb65bc:~# apt-get update && apt-get install sqlite3
root@497d29fb65bc:~# cd /www/
root@497d29fb65bc:/www/ ./ dbshell

Now you can use SQL.

PS: Maybe there are better ways, this is my first time with python/django and some googling

@helder: Can you explain in more detail which steps you have done?
Where did you enter the sql command?
Did you change the Dockerfile? or did you work on the running container?

I just used SQL for that:

update account_emailaddress set verified=1

i hit 'login' and enter Admin/Admin. this is what i see:

maybe i need to setup an email somewhere?
