Supported Docker versions

This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.12.

@stefanscherer I have this issue recently that, swarm from windows takes a long time to connect and join the swarm, whereas linux node joins right away, do you have any idea why this may be happening. I have both bootstrapped the exact same way

Stefan, is the intent that we can run "docker run -d --name swarm stefanscherer/swarm-windows join ..." to join a Windows 2016 TP5 node to a Swarm cluster with this container?
