#Wowza/fluentd

This image runs fluentd listening for remote fluentd agents and writes logs to S3. The S3 settings are configured at run time via environment variables passed in on the command line or in an environment file.

##Usage with Environemtn File

###Create file holding your AWS info in the format of:

AWS_KEY_ID=xxxxxx
AWS_SEC_KEY=xxxxx
AWS_REGION=xxxxx
S3_BUCKET=xxxxx
S3_PATH=xxxx
TIME_SLICE_FORMAT=xxxx
TIME_WAIT=xxxx
S3_MATCH_PATTERN=xxxx

Run docker passing the path to the above file as the env-file.

docker run –-env-file /path/to/env-file wowza/fluentd

##Usage from a shell:

docker run -e “AWS_KEY_ID=xxxxxx” \
-e “AWS_SEC_KEY=xxxxx” \
-e “AWS_REGION=xxxxx” \
-e “S3_BUCKET=xxxxx” \
-e “PATH=xxxx” \
-e "TIME_SLICE_FORMAT=xxxx” \
-e “TIME_WAIT=xxxx” \
