4dndcic/4dn-hic repository overview

v43 is the recommended version, currently used in production.

The docker image contains software tools necessary for running the 4DN Hi-C data processing pipeline including but not limited to the following.

• bwa
• pairtools
• pairix
• cooler
• juicer

The image also contains a set of bash scripts that serve as wrappers. All the relevant tools are in $PATH.
