⁠nano-eptk: Electrical Properties Tomography Toolkit

Reconstruction algorithms, processing pipelines, and analysis tools for Electrical Properties Tomography (EPT) — investigating electrical conductivity (σ) and permittivity (εᵣ) in the developing neonatal brain.

This image bundles all required neuroimaging software and Python dependencies, so no separate installation is needed:

• MRtrix3 (developer build)
• FSL
• MIRTK

⁠Quick start

Pull the image:

docker pull aboutill/nano-eptk:latest

Run interactively:

docker run -it --rm aboutill/nano-eptk:latest

List the available EPT tools:

nano-eptk

Show help for a specific tool (e.g. the SAEP method):

nano-eptk saep -h
