abstatic/seganndb_gsoc repository overview

The most basic usage is - docker run -d -p 8080:8080 abstatic/seganndb:1.0 segann.sh [options] where, options can be "start" or "reinitialize".

Above will map port 8080 of you local machine to containers port 8080 and start the SegAnnDB server. You can then access it by browsing to localhost:8080 on your machine.

You can also, access the shell directly using - docker run -d -p 8080:8080 abstatic/seganndb:1.0 /bin/bash

NOTE- If you shutdown your container without commiting you will lose all your data. Safe way is to shutdown and then commit the changes made using docker commit <container_id> , container id can be found by using docker ps -a
