⁠Modified Overleaf Docker Image

This Docker image modifies the official Overleaf images⁠ with the following changes:

• Installs the full TeX Live distribution (for journal templates, custom fonts, etc.)
• Removes the unused space at the top of the text editor that contains Overleaf's rich text features.
• Sets the editor container to fixed to remove the scroll bounce when editing with an iPad.
