⁠PrizmDoc Forms [BETA]

PrizmDoc Forms is a customizable PDF forms product to add detection and automatic creation of web form fields from Acroform PDF documents to your web-based application. This docker image can be used to test the product or can be expanded to integrate into your existing application or system solution.

⁠Get started

Get your license key: To start your own server, you will need a license key from Accusoft. If you don't have a license key yet, contact [email protected]⁠.

To start the latest release:

docker pull accusoft/prizmdoc-forms:latest
docker run --restart=always --env ACCEPT_EULA=YES --env LICENSE_KEY=`YOUR_LICENSE_KEY_HERE` --publish 32387:32387 --name pd-forms accusoft/prizmdoc-forms:latest
# open browser with url: http://localhost:32387/clientControl/devHarness
