acsmacops/postgres repository overview

Based on https://hub.docker.com/r/grahamgilbert/postgres/~/dockerfile/⁠ This repo is created to use a more recent version of the postgres container. You need to "git clone https://github.com/grahamgilbert/macadmins-postgres⁠" to get the files needed to build the docker. Do not forget to edit the Dockerfile.
