An all-encompassing example with a read-write share and a silly read-only share, both leveraging Docker's volume functionality.
$ docker run -d --restart="always" -p 139:139 -p 445:445 \
-v /my_share:/share \
-v /etc:/config \
ahri/cifs \
`id -u nobody` `id -g nobody` \
transformers_workgroup megatron \
/share:share:rw \
/config:configuration:r
Result:
\\megatron\share is read-write
\\megatron\configuration is read-only, but it's probably not a great idea exposing your host's /etc dir!
