Environment Variables:
PUBLIC_KEY :the jwt key generated with RS256 algorithm(Base64 encoded)
PORT:the port where you want the process to run on
MAX_REQUESTS_PER_ID_PER_SEC:the default is 3,but you can provide your own
REDIS_URL:only the host , the port is currently assumed to be 6379
KAFKA_HOST : the IP or hostname of the kafka broker (do not put host:port this is only the host )
KAFKA_PORT : this is where you should put the port
note:right now , you should inject only 1 pair of kafka host and port , meaning the image doesn't yet support a Kafka cluster
