⁠rnabio image copy

I created this image from the griffithlab/rnabio. Since I was finishing the course on https://rnabio.org/⁠ . I found it annoying to install all the tools in the tool installation chapter, thus I made this image for those who want to finish the course. I changed $RNA_HOME path and it now is inside the container (not on your host).

just run this

docker run  --user ubuntu:ubuntu -it aierlma/rnabio:v1 /bin/bash

I suggest that Windows users use VSCode and docker desktop to connect to the container

You may also want to use a web server to access files in the container on your host. Then, you may run this

docker run  -p 5555:80 --user ubuntu:ubuntu -it aierlma/rnabio:v1 /bin/bash

If you want to mount your local dir to the container, run this

docker run -v /Your/Path/to/dir:/workspace:rw  -p 5555:80 --user ubuntu:ubuntu -it aierlma/rnabio:v1 /bin/bash

and you'll find it in the "/workspace" dir in your container
