Dockerfile Source⁠

This image is based on my rust-kcov⁠ image, and adds the helper script upload-kcov-results-to-codecov (source)⁠.

After running cargo test followed by kcov-rust <crate-name>, upload-kcov-results-to-codecov will automatically upload the results to codecov.io⁠, assuming you have the token stored in the environment variable CODECOV_TOKEN.
