!!! WARNING - breaking change

Change from Python 3.13.16 / 3.14.8 onwards: the distroless image no longer ships the builder's tooling (pip, poetry, pipenv, virtualenv and their dependencies) in site-packages - it contains Python and its standard library only. This removes vulnerabilities in packages your app should never use (e.g. urllib3 vendored inside pip) and cuts the image size by roughly two thirds.

If you were building without a virtual environment of your own, this may be a breaking change - revert to the previous specific pins (3.13.15 and 3.14.7) until you're able to fix it.
