Docker image which runs HAProxy with configuration controlled by consul-template

ENTRYPOINT is the consul-template binary, so all command line arguments can be used. See:

https://github.com/hashicorp/consul-template

No CMD is included in the Dockerfile since all environments are likely to be different. You should therefore provide your own arguments to consul-template.
