Pull and up container with:
docker pull alchemmist/cats
docker run -d -p 5173:5173 --name cats_service alchemmist/cats
After that in your browser on localhost:5173 you will find a funny cats.
Or add this to your compose file:

restart: unless-stopped
ports:
