I have 2 blogs started in different time and in different languages - one is mainly in Russian and the other exclusively in English. The content didn't overlap, so for many years there was no problem. No, in LLM-era the problem of translation from Russian to English and from HTML format to markdown-like format is trivial. So, I started to make such translation.

One blog https://alexsmail.blogspot.com/⁠ posted the material mainly in Russian with link to another blog https://alex-ber.medium.com/⁠ with the same material in English and vice verse. It is simplified version of the story, but this is the basic problem, Google suddenly doesn't have DAG and can't decide what is source of true, so I got an e-mail that my blog https://alexsmail.blogspot.com/⁠ because it is hosted at Google is forcibly thrown away from any search indexes. So, I had to do many things in order to fix this problem, part of it I automate via this script.
