postfix-relay is meant as a quick way to use postfix as an smtp relay - builds based on ubuntu:latest and ubuntu:rolling are provided

Postfix configuration should be provided by bind-mount in container's /config directory

Basic config should provide: main.cf master.cf, sasl_passwd, sasl_passwd.db (not provided)
