VLoD Analyzer

VLoD Analyzer is a high-performance computational tool designed for evaluating the limit of detection (LoD) in next generation sequencing data. It provides an in-depth analysis of variant detectability. By leveraging both VCF and BAM files, the tool calculates the log-odds score based on binomial probabilities, enabling users to specify the error rate (default: 0.0001) for confident variant detection.
