⁠OBS-Broadcast scoring banner

For my streams of soccer matches using obs I'd like to have a professional looking scoring banner on the screen. This container provides a small web server which serves two pages. The overlay fro obs displaying the scoring banner and the controller page which can be used to control the content of the banner remotely.

So during live streams it is possible to control the scoring information from a mobile phone for example.
