To calculate brainage with brainageR v1: docker run --rm -it -v /yourdirectorywiththe/T1image.nii:/data:rw -w /data docker.io/amiklos/brainimage:v1 brainageR -f T1image.nii -o age.test.csv

the csv file will provide the estimated age -no need for matlab works with octave -started based on here, but needed some refinement to work with ubuntu 22.04 not 16.04: https://github.com/fprados/brainageR_dockerfile⁠ if questions: [email protected]⁠
