Built with ubuntu:16.10 baseimage, unlike tensorflow's Dockerfile.develop tensorflow serving docker docs⁠ This image HAS successfully built tensorflow-serving binaries since it lacks the SSL problems that I encountered when trying to compile tensorflow-serving using the online guide.

The flags used in this image allow:

• using google cloud
• lack support for CUDA and OpenCL (leave me a note if you're interested)
