⁠Usage

⁠Pulling the Image

You can pull the pre-built Docker image from Docker Hub:

docker pull amitkma/python-ffmpeg:3.12-slim

⁠Running a Container

You can run a container from the pre-built image:

docker run -it amitkma/python-ffmpeg:3.12-slim

This will start a container with Python 3.12 and FFmpeg installed.

⁠Development

⁠Building the Image

To build the Docker image locally, run the following command:

docker build -t python-ffmpeg:3.12-slim 3.12/

⁠Pre-commit Hooks

The repository includes pre-commit hooks for various checks and lints. To install the hooks, run the following command:

pip install -r requirements.txt
pre-commit install

The pre-commit configuration is defined in .pre-commit-config.yaml⁠.
