amoselb/rstudio-m1 repository overview

This docker runs RStudio Server natively on Apple Silicon (M1) machines.

Launch it as you would a Rocker⁠ docker, since it uses the same scripts. E.g., docker run -d -p 8787:8787 -v ~/Projects/:/home/rstudio/projects -e PASSWORD=YOURPASSWORD amoselb/rstudio-m1

Note that you may need to increase the RAM allocated to docker to get some packages, such as RcppEigen and rstan, to compile.
