Chromium with some additional dependencies for headless end-to-end testing

Chromium, Java, and NodeJS in a pseudo-headless setup via Xvfb and Fluxbox for end-to-end Protractor testing. Does not daemonize any processes, but exposes the following environment variables:
ENV XVFB_WHD=1920x1200x16
ENV DISPLAY=:99
Currently packaged with Chrome v60+.
