⁠sa_sia_scapper_ms

This is Ataraxia's SIA scraper service. This service is responsible of providing academic information for a student. It directly goes to the SIA and brings the academic history information as well as the student's schedule for the current semester.

This info is saved in a Mongo database.

This service was built using Scala on Play! 2, built upon SBT.

To get this microservice working on Docker just type:

docker-compose up

This will get the mongo db container up as well as the Scala on Play! 2 microservice up. Since this is working on with SBT, and I haven't found a way to persist the dependencies, this will take several minutes to get compiled.

Warning! If this is the very first time you get this up, this will take several minutes, because downloading the images and compiling is a hard task to get done. Please, be patient!!!
