⁠SDK Image for Geant4

This image contains a system that is capable of compiling Geant4 with GDML extension. Note: This image does not contain Geant4 itself but all the dependencies needed to compile it.

See other repositories at https://hub.docker.com/u/andreadotti/⁠ for images with public versions of Geant4.
For example it can be used as follows:

$ docker run -t -i -v "/geant4-src-host:/geant4-src:ro" andreadotti/geant4-base-dev 
root@....:/# mkdir G4-build && cd G4-build
root@....:/# cmake -DGEANT4_USE_GDML=ON [...] /geant4-src && make && make install/fast
root@....:/# #Compile application
root@....:/#exit

Create a new image from this container that contains the application. WARNING, the image will contain the large G4 DB. It is recommended to mount in the container the DBs as a volume.
