This image will launch a container that will

1. do a healthcheck and confirm the status of connecting to the NFS Server on TCP 2049 and set the containers state to healthy if successfull or unhealthy if unsuccessful.

2. runs a basic webserver on port 80 that will display the NFS status

Use this with other containers that are dependant on an NFS server for booting. Use 'depends on' inside your other docker compose file.
