⁠GUI over VNC

⁠Pull base image.

FROM ubuntu:16.04

⁠Install.

RUN
sed -i 's/# (.*multiverse$)/\1/g' /etc/apt/sources.list &&
apt-get update &&
apt-get -y upgrade &&
apt-get install -y build-essential &&
apt-get install -y software-properties-common &&
apt-get install -y byobu curl git htop man unzip vim wget

⁠Install Python.

RUN
apt-get update &&
apt-get install -y python python-dev python-pip python-virtualenv

⁠Install vnc, xvfb in order to create a 'fake' display

run apt-get install -y x11vnc xvfb gedit

⁠Set environment variables.

ENV HOME /root

⁠Define working directory.

WORKDIR /root

run mkdir ~/.vnc

⁠Setup a password

⁠run x11vnc -storepasswd 1234 ~/.vnc/passwd

⁠Enable for testing
